Designed with a turret facility to allow H-welds, as well as pneumatic back fences for v-notch positioning, the WSA-4-UNI is a game changer when making your fabrication line more efficient without sacrificing consistently excellent result.
The WSA-4-UNI’s weld heads can be locked at any place through the pneumatic locking system and with ten available positions for the welding heads, positioning profiles is a quick and accurate process. - The weld heads can be locked at any place through a Pneumatic locking system
- Automatic welding head positioning (10 Positions) make it possible to insert the profiles quickly and accurately. Also pneumatic back fence for transom welding
- Automatic repeat positioning for same profile processing
- Dual pressure safety clamping system
- Two hands safety operation for the automatic welding process
- All of the welding parameters as welding temperature, heating up time, adjusting pressure, clamping pressure, welding pressure, welding time are individually adjustable
- Heated welding seam restrictions. Standard: 2mm; 0.5mm optiona
- Heads (1 and 2) and heads (3 and 4) can turn inwards through 90° for H-welding
- Transom and crucifix welding
- All heads are able to be used independently
